Stat blocks and details

I will not be creating detailed system specific attributes and statistics for the things I write about. Instead I'll be presenting details using a word-based system of descriptions similar to FUDGE trait levels. More specifically I'll be using the FateRPG trait ladder, which is defined as:

+6    Legendary
+5    Epic
+4    Superb
+3    Great
+2    Good
+1    Fair
 0    Average
-1    Mediocre
-2    Poor
-3    Terrible
-4    Abysmal

When necessary I'll provide additional information on effects and powers.
