Cooking for the crowd

If you cook for your gaming group, here's a quick and easy recipe I picked up from my sister. It goes really well with my own chili.

Corn Pudding

1 15 oz. can of whole kernel corn, drained
1 15 oz. can of creamed corn
1 6 1/2 oz. package of Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 egg
8 oz. sour cream

Preheat oven to 350 F.
Combine all ingredients in a lightly greased 2 1/2 quart casserole.
Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour until firm and golden brown.

Tasty and dead easy.

It's even better if you use niblets and add a half stick of butter.

Cause everything is better with butter? :)

I've found a spoonful of whole-berry cranberry sauce in a small glass of ginger ale makes a great easy/exotic-looking drink for any fantasy or sci-fi game, especially when it's not the holidays.
